Empanadas are yummy treats made with precooked cornmeal, which is traditionally used to make arepas. They’ve got a crispy outer crust and are filled with stewed meat and diced potatoes. Be sure to pour in the homemade sauce- bottles should be on the table!
Freshly baked daily, the empanadas de cambray are stuffed pastries filled with cream cheese and guava. They are reminiscent of guava con queso, a favorite among Miami locals.
They also serve the very popular, bandeja paisa, which is a hearty meal comprising of wide variety of traditional favorites like chicharron, fried egg, plantains, white rice, chorizo, arepa, and beans.

Nara Bautista is a huge fan. “Everything is just so authentic, it’s like going over to your aunt’s house and having a nice warm plate of food. If I’m hungry, the bandeja paisa will always be my favorite. It’s the best Colombian place in town.”
