The heart of Southern Roots is its mission to support IDefine, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to supporting families affected by Kleefstra Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. All proceeds help fund crucial research, support networks, and life-changing treatments.

Here’s what you need to know

When: Saturday, April 11th, from 12 – 4:00 pm
Where: Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, South Carolina
What: An unforgettable afternoon of BBQ and live music, all for a great cause
Dress code: Comfortable, casual, festival attire

Tickets & Perks

No matter what you choose, expect all-inclusive access to chef and pitmaster stations with unlimited beverages (beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic options)

  • General Admissions: $100
  • VIP Access: $240, extra perks include early festival access from 11:30 am -12:30 pm, specialty bites and bar offerings, covered seating, a luxe restroom trailer +++
  • Pro tip: On‑site parking is available but fills quickly, so consider carpooling, biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or grabbing a rideshare—a necessity for anyone looking to indulge
